The Annexe Solutions insurance claim process:
Make a claim with your insurance company and let them know you would like Annexe Solutions to be the preferred repairer.
Contact Annexe Solutions to book in a date to bring your caravan to the workshop for measurements and photos. Photos required for a claim include all the awning damage, all 4 sides of the RV, the VIN plate, registration and the speedometer if it is a motorhome.
Annexe Solutions submits the quote and photos to your insurance company.
Once approval has been received Annexe Solutions will contact you to arrange to repair your awning and complete the claim process for you.
Annexe Solutions work with all insurance companies including CIL, NRMA, AAMI, GIO, Kentame, Let’s Go Caravanning and many more.
The turn around time can depend on the Insurance Company and stock supply but is generally around 3-4 weeks.
